TractManager

OVERVIEW

Private-equity owners Arsenal Capital Partners, built TractManager by acquiring first-mover companies in healthcare information technology with scaleable platforms and strong professional services portfolios. The first acquisition took place in 2012, and the sixth acquisition was completed in 2018. In addition to these acquisitions, TractManager also entered in to two partnerships. (Acquired by symplr in December, 2020.)

CHALLENGE

TractManager quickly became a “patchwork quilt” of brands, divisions, and websites, further complicated by separate sales teams. Clients of one division, for example, weren’t aware of the value, depth, and breadth of offerings the company as a whole was capable of delivering.

SOLUTION

In 2018, TractManager launched a strategic rebrand program to solidify the brand under one name, and position the Company as a leading provider of contract lifecycle management, spend management, and provider management SAAS solutions. While other names were researched and considered, client interviews indicated that there was equity in the name,  “TractManager,” and it was retained with a new logo treatment and tagline capturing what all of the Company’s offerings support and deliver to provider and payer organizations: Smarter Decisions. Smarter Healthcare. The refreshed TractManager brand was launched in January, 2020, with a new website, sales and marketing collateral, digital assets, business cards, signage in the company’s three office locations, and an excited, energized employee base coming together under one name, one brand, and one value proposition. Clients were just as happy!
