TractManager
OVERVIEW
Private-equity owner Arsenal Capital Partners, built TractManager by acquiring first-mover companies in healthcare information technology with scalable platforms and strong professional services portfolios. The first acquisition took place in 2012, and the the sixth acquisition was completed in 2018. In addition to these acquisitions, TractManager also entered in to two partnerships. (Acquired by symplr in December, 2020.)
CHALLENGE
With multiple products and services, each serving a different hospital, health system, or payer organization, the Company focused on earned media opportunities for singular product offerings, and was not capturing the depth, breadth, and impact of its total portfolio.
SOLUTION
TractManager changed its focus from a singular product / service-based theme to articles highlighting the financial outcomes and operational efficiencies hospital and health system clients were realizing through multiple TractManager systems and services. The new focus enabled TractManager to tell an enterprise story that resonated with executive decision-makers.
